We’re thrilled to bring professional salon services directly to your door. To ensure the best experience, please review the following terms and conditions before your appointment.
Mobile Salon Appointment Radius
Redhead mobile Salon services the Portsmouth, NH Seacoast area. Due to demand and timing of appointments, we can only accommodate clients within a 20 mile radius. Special events and Weddings may vary.
Guidelines
- Please bring minimal personal belongings into the mobile salon, as space is limited.
- We ask that you have all vehicles moved and room available to park the mobile salon before arrival. It takes time to set up and is hard to move once the mobile salon is prepared for your appointment.
- If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Scheduling
- All services are available by appointment only.
- Call/text 603.766.2460 or email through our website redheadstudio.net to schedule an appointment. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- New clients may schedule a 15 minute phone consultation prior to your first mobile appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24–48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service amount at Redhead Mobile Salon’s discretion.
Travel Fee Policy
- Travel fees may apply to appointments located more than 20 miles (40 miles round trip) from Redhead Mobile Salon’s base location in Portsmouth, NH (ZIP 03801).
- Additional travel is charged at $1.00 per mile.
No Refund Policy
- Redhead Mobile Salon is committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Complimentary adjustments may be offered depending on the situation.
- Refunds are not issued under any circumstance. Payment for all services is due in full at the time of the appointment.
Appointment Times
Appointment times represent estimated arrival windows. The stylist will arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time (15 minutes before or after). You will receive your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Traffic and other unexpected delays may occur, but every effort will be made to notify you promptly.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Appointments must be canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.
- If the client is not present within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and 50% payment will be required.
- Bridal and special event services are governed by separate contracts. Please review your event contract for specific terms.
Photography & Media
Redhead Mobile Salon may take before-and-after photos of your hair for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us before your service begins.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Venmo.
- Returned checks will incur additional fees. Unresolved balances after 30 days may result in legal action.
Weather Delays
In the event of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled for safety. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
Right to Refuse Service
Redhead Mobile Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including situations that compromise the safety or comfort of the stylist.
Liability Waiver
By booking an appointment, clients waive any liability claims against Redhead Mobile Salon for outcomes related to undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions.
Product Returns
Products purchased directly from Redhead Mobile Salon may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or salon credit toward future purchases.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to your appointment. We are happy to adjust your service to ensure your comfort and safety.
